Ric currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of a San Francisco Bay Area management consulting firm that he co-founded in early 2008. He has served previously as Interim Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and in operating and executive management capacities in both public and pre-public companies where he has helped raise over $150 million in public and private financings. He has extensive international experience, including cross-border M&A transactions and post-acquisition business integration. His managerial background includes finance and operational oversight of multi-subsidiary international companies
