Melanie DeCastro was a Summer Associate at Whistle Stop Capital, providing the consultancy with research and administrative support.  Melanie is a senior at San Francisco State University (SFSU), where she was a top student in Meredith Benton’s capstone course on business and ethics. 

Melanie is pursuing her Bachelor’s in International Business with a minor in Hospitality and Tourism Management. In addition to a fluency in Spanish, Melanie was able to study abroad in Thailand, helping her develop an understanding of business ethics and cultural norms in different countries.
