LILA HOLZMAN

ENERGY PROGRAM MANAGER

Lila Holzman is the Program Manager for Clean Energy Partnerships at Allotrope Partners, where she works to accelerate the clean energy transition in emerging markets. She previously spent four years at shareholder advocacy group As You Sow as the Senior Energy Program Manager, where she represented investors in engagements with companies in the energy, financial, and other high-impact sectors on issues related to climate change. Lila's prior experience includes working in the residential solar industry, serving as a sustainable agriculture volunteer in Panama with the Peace Corps, implementing a clean cookstove pilot in Ghana, and interning with the United Nations Global Compact. She served two terms as President of the Board of Directors of the Northern California Peace Corps Association and was named one of the Peace Corps Community's top 40-under-40 in 2020. Lila holds an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania with a focus on Environmental & Risk Management as well as an undergraduate degree from Rice University where she double majored in Environmental Engineering and Policy Studies.
