Darius Butler
Racial Justice Research Fellow
Researching racial justice matters is very important to Darius because he feels humanity will never reach its fullest potential if it continues to overlook some of its most important assets because of the color of their skin. He believes that we must strive to address and eradicate these inequities that continuously prohibit the progress of minority communities to create a society where equality is at the forefront. He was also recently named a 2023 Frederick Douglass Global Fellow, where he was selected to participate in a study abroad course learning how social justice, advocacy, and policy work can be utilized to enact change.
