Communications Director

Cyrus Nemati joined As You Sow with a decade of experience guiding non-profits to wider audiences and new technology. Prior to joining As You Sow, Cyrus helped lead communications at several non-profits in Washington, DC and the Bay Area, including New America, a leading think tank, and the Center for Democracy & Technology, an Internet civil liberties organization.

His writing has been featured in Slate, Ars Technica, Wired, and The Chicago Sun-Times. He graduated with a degree in History from Suffolk University. Cyrus is a voice actor in his spare time, and can be heard in your favorite commercials, toys, and games.
