Energy Program Manager

Amelia Timbers is the Principal Planner of Sustainability at the San Mateo County Transit District, which operates Caltrain and SamTrans. She brings extensive experience in the management of complex environmental projects, programs, and initiatives. Amelia is a subject matter expert in energy policy, GHG reductions, transportation, climate adaptation and resilience, and air quality. She has a track record of successfully facilitating sustainability adoption and GHG reductions in the private and public sectors. Amelia holds a JD / MBA from Northeastern University and a Masters in Environmental Law and Policy from Vermont Law School.
