Riley McCann

Shareholder Relations Associate

Riley is a social justice warrior who has worked on a range of issues from housing accessibility and criminal justice reform to voting rights and environmental conservation. Riley is coming to As You Sow from the Oregon Judicial Department where they managed a prison diversion program for people suffering from substance use disorder.

With a master’s degree in business administration from Willamette University, specializing in nonprofit management, they bring a unique blend of business acumen and passion for social responsibility to their role as Shareholder Relations Associate. Having also obtained their undergraduate degree in domestic politics from Willamette University, with a focus on sociopolitical systems and corporate/government relations, Riley possesses a deep understanding of the intricacies of the corporate world and its impact on society.

They are an active member of their community in Portland, Oregon often volunteering at shelters and meal services for their unhoused neighbors. When not working or volunteering, Riley likes to draw and paint portraits, as well as spend time with their cat and their partner pickling all their vegetables.
