Since 2015 As You Sow has analyzed the CEO pay packages of all S&P 500 companies to identify overpaid executives and also how financial asset managers, pension funds, and other financial fiduciaries vote on those pay packages at the annual shareholder meeting. This year, we will be also be considering the effect of COVID on compensation and voting practices.
