Details: Small investors can also be socially impactful! One of the largest untapped resources that investors can use to drive social change is through their self-directed retirement accounts (e.g. 401k, 403b, 457, IRA, etc.).  There are currently more than $7.5 trillion of investor dollars in U.S. defined contributions plans, as reported by Statista. 

This session explores how individual investors can access some of the same investment tools, used by institutional money managers, to build their own sustainable investment portfolios.  

To help guide us through this investment process, we will be joined by the CEO of As You Sow, Andrew Behar, Envestnet’s Vice President of Impact Investing, Brett Wayman, and the Executive Director of Strategy of Sustainalytics/Morningstar, Shila Wattamwar.  Michael Cosack, a Principal of ImpactWise LLC, will moderate this session.
