We withdrew proposals at Broadcom (semiconductors, integrated circuits) and Novell (infrastructure software) after they agreed to report, and Jabil Circuit (contract electronics manufacturer) agreed before a proposal was filed. We remain in discussion with Microchip Technology (semiconductors), and, in collaboration with other investors, at SanDisk (thumb drives).
