As You Sow is a member of this association dedicated to helping organizations become more effective environmental grantmakers through collaboration, information sharing and networking.

Northern California Grantmakers
The Northern California Grantmakers Association is a network of foundations, corporate contributors and private grantmakers. NCG is dedicated to increasing effectiveness of philanthropy and connecting funders to stakeholders, including non-profit organizations, government, business, media, academia, and the public at large.

Foundation Center
The Foundation Center is a very useful resource for both grantseekers and funders alike. The Foundation Center is dedicated to strengthening the nonprofit sector by advancing the knowledge about philanthropy in the United States. The Foundation Center has locations in several major cities, including San Francisco, which organize local events and trainings as well as maintain libraries of resource information for grantseekers to research funding opportunities.
