Proxy Preview 2012, the report hailed as the “Bible for socially progressive foundations, religious groups, pension funds, and tax-exempt organizations” by the Chicago Tribune, is now available. This eighth edition of the Proxy Preview provides an overview of upcoming votes on environmental and social shareholder resolutions—including advocacy sections for 2012´s most prominent issues and case studies of successful dialogues. The Proxy Preview is a unique collaboration between As You Sow, an environmental and social advocacy organization and publisher of the report since 2005; the Sustainable Investments Institute (Si2), which conducts impartial research on social and environmental shareholder proposals; and Proxy Impact, a new proxy voting service for foundations and socially responsible investors.
